Hot Dogs
 Cook Time: 20-25 mins - Serves: 2


  • HECK Breakfast Sausages
  • Hot Dog Bread Rolls or Mini Baguette Rolls
  • 1 Large White Onion
  • 1tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Chopped coriander
  • Olive Oil to cook
  • Mustard (optional) 


  • Heat up the pan and place in the pack of sausages - Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Slice up the white onion into rings, then halve. Add into an oiled hot pan on a medium-high heat. Allow to fry for a few mins until the start to brown and soften. Then add in the brown sugar and stir, lower the heat a little so the sugar doesn’t burn. Cook for a few minutes until slightly caramelised.
  • Slice up the hot dog rolls / baguettes, butter lightly then add in the cooked sausage(s), top with the golden onions, drizzle with a healthy amount of mustard, sprinkle with chopped coriander. Serve up and enjoy!
