HECK Sriracha Sausage Bomb Burger

Serves 2


2 HECK sriracha sausage bombs

Handful of shredded iceberg lettuce

4 slices of tomato

2 slices red Leicester cheese

2 brioche burger buns

2 tbsp sriracha mayo, to serve



  1. Cook the sausage bombs as per packet instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, toast the brioche buns in a dry frying pan.
  3. Top with the cheese slice, lettuce, tomato and finally the sriracha sausage bomb.
  4. Serve with sriracha mayo if desired.
