Pork & Stilton Tray Bake

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cook time: 30 minutes - Serves: 4

For an easy-to-prepare midweek meal bursting with flavour, try this simple Family Favourite pork traybake recipe with apple, sweet potato and stilton.


  • 1 Pack Family Favourite Sausages 
  • 2 Large Sweet Potatoes 
  • 1 Whole Cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Fresh Sprigs Rosemary
  • 30g Maple Syrup
  • 1 Red Apple
  • 150g Stilton Cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cut the sweet potato and cauliflower into thick chunks
  2. Put the chunks into an ovenproof dish, pour over 2 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes
  3. Pan-fry the Family Favorite sausages on medium heat for 15 minutes
  4. Whilst the sausages, cauliflower and sweet potato cook, grind up the garlic, rosemary, caraway seeds, maple syrup and tbsp olive oil in a pestle and mortar
  5. Once the sausages are cooked, pour over the mix from the pestle and mortar onto the sausages and add to the dish along with the red apple chopped into slices. Cook for 10 minutes
  6. Crumble over the stilton and return to the oven for around 5 minutes to melt
