  • 1 Onion – finely chopped
  • Fresh Parsley – finely chopped
  • 85g Grated Parmesan
  • 100g Fresh Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs, beaten with a fork
  • Spaghetti (100g per portion)
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 x 400g Cans Chopped Tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp Caster Sugar
  • A few Basil Leaves

 Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, whilst this is warming up make the meatballs. Time to get messy! In a bowl add the mince, onion, parsley, parmesan, breadcrumbs & eggs. Mix together really well
  2. Use the ball of your hands to form the mince mix into 50 meatballs & set aside any meatballs for freezing. Allow for 5 balls per portion and then spread them out in a large roasting tin, drizzle with a little oil then roast for 20-30 minutes until browned
