Try our fresh and healthy salad using our lean Chicken Italia mince served with a lemon buttermilk dressing. Perfect for a light dinner or as a side salad!
Ingredients
- 1 Pack (500g) Heck! Chicken Italia Mince
- 1 Onion
- 125ml Buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Juice 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Cos Lettuce
- 20g Parmesan Shavings
- 20g Pine Nuts
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C and dice the onion
- Mix the mince and diced onion together, then form 20 meatballs and pop them into the oven on a ovenproof tray lined with baking paper for 20 minutes, turning half way
- Whilst the meatballs cook, make the dressing by mixing together the buttermilk, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice and 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
- Serve the meatballs on a bed of lettuce garnished with parmesan shavings, pine nuts and the lemon buttermilk dressing
