Just a handful of ingredients make a fantastic carbonara, we've topped ours with homemade chicken meatballs. Use our Chicken Italia Mince for a truly Italian kick!
Ingredients
- 1 pack Chicken Italia Mince (500g)
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 pack Spaghetti
- 6 Bacon Rashers (chopped)
- 35g Parmesan (grated)
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 Handful Parsley (chopped)
- Salt & pepper
Method

Fill a large pan with water, bring to the boil with a sprinkle salt and a splash of oil and place the spaghetti into the pan of boiling water

Mix the mince in a bowl slightly so it begins to come together and then roll into small meat- balls, you should be able to get about 20—25

Pan-Fry the meatballs and keep stirring around so they don’t catch!

Add the chopped bacon to the meatballs and fry till crispy

In a bowl mix together the eggs, parmesan and a sprinkle of pepper

Using tongs add the pasta to the pan of meatballs and stir in the egg mixture along with one ladle of the pasta sauce
