Ingredients:
- HECK Breakfast Sausages
- 100g Giant Couscous
- ½ Cucumber
- 2 Salad Tomatoes
- Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
- Salad of your choice
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar or Glaze (optional)
- Salt & Pepper to season
Method:
- Get that BBQ fired up!
- Heat up the BBQ and place the sausages on to cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Whilst your sausages cook, make the couscous salad - Place 100g of the giant couscous into a pan with cold water, allow to cook for around 8-10 minutes or until softened. Drain off the water and place into a large bowl along with chopped cucumber, tomatoes, parsley and seasoning. Add in a tablespoon of olive oil and stir through.
- Wash the salad leaves and drizzle with your favourite dressing. Place everything on a plate and tuck in!
