A little bit of everything tasty’ with this Heck! grazing board! Add our Heck! Vegan Italia sausages to a selection of fresh fruit, antipasti & dip for the ultimate nibble.
- 1 Pack Heck! Vegan Italia Sausages
- 50g Cherry tomatoes
- 30g Green & black olives
- 100g Vegan cheeze
- Fresh fruit (1 apple, 1 Bunch grapes, 1 pack red currants
- Nuts & seeds (e.g. 20g almonds, 20g cashews, 20g pumpkin seeds)
- Flatbreads or breadsticks (optional)
- 200g Fruity chutney
- 150g Vegan pesto
For the pumpkin hummus:
- 200g canned chickpeas
- 1 tbsp tahini
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- Sea salt to taste
- Prepare the sausages according to packaging instructions.
- Transfer all ingredients for the pumpkin hummus to a food processor and process until smooth, then transfer to a small bowl. Add the chutney and pesto to separate small bowls as well.
- Decorate all your ingredients on a large serving board & enjoy grazing!
