Antipasti Grazing Board with Pumpkin Hummus

A little bit of everything tasty’ with this Heck! grazing board! Add our Heck! Vegan Italia sausages to a selection of fresh fruit, antipasti & dip for the ultimate nibble.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Heck! Vegan Italia Sausages
  • 50g Cherry tomatoes
  • 30g Green & black olives
  • 100g Vegan cheeze
  • Fresh fruit (1 apple, 1 Bunch grapes, 1 pack red currants
  • Nuts & seeds (e.g. 20g almonds, 20g cashews, 20g pumpkin seeds)
  • Flatbreads or breadsticks (optional)
  • 200g Fruity chutney
  • 150g Vegan pesto

For the pumpkin hummus:

  • 200g canned chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • Sea salt to taste

Method

  1. Prepare the sausages according to packaging instructions.
  2. Transfer all ingredients for the pumpkin hummus to a food processor and process until smooth, then transfer to a small bowl. Add the chutney and pesto to separate small bowls as well.
  3. Decorate all your ingredients on a large serving board & enjoy grazing!
