Antipasti Grazing Board with Pumpkin Hummus

Prep Time: 10mins - Cook Time: 15 mins - Serves 3-4

‘A little bit of everything tasty’ with this HECK grazing board! Add your Heck Vegan Italia sausages to a selection of fresh fruit, antipasti & dip for the ultimate nibble.


  • Heck Vegan Italia Sausages
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Green & black olives
  • Vegan cheeze
  • Fresh fruit (apple slices, grapes, redcurrants
  • Nuts & seeds (e.g. almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, etc)
  • Flatbreads or breadsticks (optional)
  • Fruity chutney
  • Vegan pesto

For the pumpkin hummus:

  • 1 tin chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • Sea salt to taste


  1. Prepare the sausages according to packaging instructions.
  2. Transfer all ingredients for the pumpkin hummus to a food processor and process until smooth, then transfer to a small bowl. Add the chutney and pesto to separate small bowls as well.
  3. Decorate all your ingredients on a large serving board & enjoy grazing!
